@a24 Just dropped the trailer for the Anthony Bourdain biopic and I got chills... Peace is a lie… or is it? Dungeons & Dragons might have been born in America—but spiritually? It belongs in Britain. This is the land of J. R. R. Tolkien and C. S. Lewis, where fantasy was shaped—and where comedy turns every campaign into chaos. So yes, France may have the food… but we’ve got sorcerers and banter. And no one embodies that better than Roll Britannia. #startrek #startrekthenextgeneration #startrek💫 #nerd #nerdlife Peace is a lie. There is only passion. I remember one Saturday afternoon on Channel 5, watching a made-for-TV version of The Odyssey, and I was hooked. Here was the original Greek antihero, Odysseus, a mortal standing against gods and monsters, defying impossible odds just to make it home to Penelope. Look, as you all know, I’m a self-professed dice goblin. I’ve got dozens of sets of dice. The wonderful @imogenjones16 has posted a great article on all things #maytheforthbewithyou so please check it out over at Nerdgeist.com or follow the link in our bio #reading #book #bookaholic #bookshelf #nerd
