MONO NO AWARE

We’re taking a short break from our usual nerdy deep-dives—partly because I’ve got university deadlines coming up (so forgive the shift in schedule), but also to finally bring in my training as a meditative therapist. In “Mono no Aware: A 4-Minute Meditation to Help You Let Go,” we explore the Japanese concept of impermanence, using the image of cherry blossoms—beautiful because they don’t last—as a way to guide you through a calming breathing exercise and reflection on change, loss, and appreciation.

This isn’t a permanent shift, just a moment of stillness before we return to our regular content very soon. If you enjoy this kind of reflective piece, let me know—and if you want more ideas to sit with, check out my videos on Grok and Sonder.
