Honestly I am not an expert on this anime but from what I can gleam the series centers on Subaru Natsuki, a hikikomori who suddenly finds himself transported to another world on his way home from the convenience store. Rem is one of the primary characters and a fan favorite, so it is no surprised that DJ Soda would pick her for this cosplay.
