Pixie Late Celebrates 1000 Episodes Of One Piece

I still remember watching One Piece on Cartoon Network back in 2005, which now that I say it really makes me feel old. Of course, this was the terrible dub version and it would be a few more years before I got to see the show how it was truly intended to be watched. Still, I was intrigued and wanted more…

Before we proceed if you are somehow unfamiliar with One Piece then I will briefly fill you in. the series started as is a Japanese manga written and illustrated by Eiichiro Oda, but it has now grown into a vast empire of figures, videogames, merchandise of all sorts and of course a hugely successful Anime series. The initial premise of the show follows a young man, Monkey D. Luffy, whose body gained the properties of rubber after unintentionally eating a magical fruit, known as a Devil Fruit. Along the way, he builds up a badass crew and sets out to become the next King of the Pirates. (I am skipping a lot there but if you’re interested in it seriously check it out)

With this epic milestone being met many cosplayers have been paying tribute to this iconic series by revisiting some of their past cosplays. And though there were many to choose from we really had to go with Pixie Late for this one. The always stylish London-based cosplayer has been showing off two distinctive looks that mix a dash of her own charm with the designs from the series.

If you are a fan of this then I highly recommend you follow Pixie Late on the various platforms, Her feeds are not only super chill but they are filled with a wide variety of topics such as fashion, cats, and of course some cosplay. There is something for everyone.
