Mighty Morphin Power Rangers #9 Comic Book Review

This series is coming to an end and what a thrill ride it has been. The mystery of the Black Dragon is finally coming to an end with a team of Green Rangers becoming Earth’s only hope against Rita and her minions. It’s them against the world and they really have their work cut out for them. We know they are going to win but that’s not the point of these stories as its about how they are going to win.

Throughout this run the Black Dragon has been a real thorn in the side of the Rangers, from destroying their HQ, to taking their powers, their zords and even some of their team. The Black Dragon was invincible. His time is now drawing to an end. If you have been reading my reviews you will know that we have not 1 but 2 Power Rangers books going at the same time which have surprisingly helped further develop recurring villain Goldar, which I have to say is kind of brilliant. After all a hero is only as good as their villain and having a better defined enemy and one with some depth is something Power Rangers can easily lack.

As this series continues to develop I am continually blown away by how good it is and honestly can’t wait until we get to its final conclusion.
