SDCC 2024: Paramount+ Lodge to return

We’re well into the New Year which thankfully means that San Diego Comic Con news will be coming in faster and more frequently. One announcement has particularly excited which is the return of the Paramount+ Lodge. Last year, Paramount+ proved to be one of the best offsites of the con (take a look at our recap here), and by the sounds of it this year will be no different.

For those that haven’t experienced the lodge, it is collection of activations and immersive experiences with games, photo ops, food/drink and some great free swag for attendees to take home. This summer, the Paramount+ Lodge will hit San Diego from Thursday July 25th – Sunday July 28th, featuring activations for shows like KnucklesHaloFrasier, and Lawmen: Bass Reeves, and from films like Mean Girls (2024) and Bob Marley: One Love. SpongeBob SquarePants, and Star Trek will also make a return to the lodge.

Paramount+ have announced that there will be a Nickelodeon zone which is sure to please fans of all ages. Here they can hang out in the Ninja Turtles mud room, take some selfies with Dora, voyage in a life-sized Krusty Krab boat, and travel through a slime portal.

For fans of the golden era of cinema, there will be a Paramount Presents theater section, where attendees will get to see iconic props and film reels from Paramount Pictures’ legacy.

Other activities include Knuckes themed bowling, getting to check out Halo props and costumes, sitting in the Captain’s Chair from Star Trek: Discovery , and a Lawmen: Bass Reeves timed lasso roping game in which you have a chance to win a marshal badge. Fans of Ghosts will be particularly happy as they will be able to visit Woodstone Bed & Breakfast where they may encounter a few unexpected “visitors”.

And after all that, if attendees are looking to unwind and have a drink, they will find sports-themed cocktails at The Paramount+ Pub, where they can also try out for a UEFA Champions League themed soccer ball kicking challenge.

We’ll see you there.
