That’s right Folks you have read correct – Studio Ghibli is coming to Netflix so 2020 is going to be an awesome year. Though I do have some bad news for you all and that is that is you live in North America this release schedule will not apply to you. This is because in America HBO Max has access to the Ghibli films. Also if you are in Japan (first off Hello and can we be friends?) Ghibli has it’sown internal deals. Still this current deal covers everywhere else from Europe to Australasia.

April 1: Pom Poko (1994), Whisper of the Heart (1995), Howl’s Moving Castle (2004), Ponyo on the Cliff by the Sea (2008), From Up on Poppy Hill (2011), The Wind Rises (2013), When Marnie Was There (2014).
