Getting Musical With Ginny Di

This is not the first time that we have mentioned the extremely talented Ginny Di on the site, nor is it her first music video but at this point I think we are all hooked.

Before we get into the video I may need to do some explaining what is going on here. Ginny Di has for many become the go to cosplayer for cosplay’s based around Jester from Critical Role:

Critical Role is of course the Weekly Dungeons and Dragons game played by: Travis Willingham, Marisha Ray, Taliesin Jaffe, Ashley Johnson, Liam O’Brien, Laura Bailey, Sam Riegel and Matthew Mercer. It has quite the cult following which lead to the creators of the show crowd funding their own animated series. In Season Two of Critical Role the cast create a host of new characters and right from the start Laura Bailey’s Jester became a fan favorite.

In Critical role lore Jester is the playful and fun daughter of a famous Tiefling Courtesan known as the Ruby Of The Sea. She spent a lot of her early life secluded away in order to protect her mothers reputation. Though the two do genuinely love each other.

So knowing this fact now I can set up the video. The song is a parody of Stacy’s Mom, by the Fountains of Wayne and see’s Jesters ally, Fjord,  struggle with Jesters mom.

As comedy goes this one hits all the right notes, pun intended. Even if your not a fan of Critical Role you are going to love this one.
