It is a simple shot of Rosamund Pike as Moraine Damodred casting a spell. AT least that is what I think she is doing. If you do not know much about the lore then allow me to fill you in, Moiraine is a member of the Aes Sedai an all female group of magic users. Their base of operations is known as the White Tower, which is the tower she is referring too in this clip.

If i had to guess this one may be from early on in the story, just judging by the fires around her, but I guess we will have to wait and see.
