Who doesn’t love the words LIMITED EDITION. It just makes everything better. Take for instance the new limited edition Death Stranding the special edition Death Stranding-themed DualShock 4. The console features the black hand prints seen in the Death Stranding trailers and the controller features a translucent gold design that’s similar to the color of the baby tanks. Not creepy at all right?

Sadly you cannot have one without the other, so as it stands unless you a friend want to go halfers on this your going to have to shell out for the whole bundle, which also contains the game too.

The bundle will be available in select US and Canadian retailers, starting at $400 USD/$500 CAD. It will be available the same day the game launches on November 8. At the moment of publishing, there’s been no word of the bundle coming to other regions, and there’s been no word of the controller being sold separately. Like everyone else from Asia and Europe I am waiting patiently to see if I can get my hands on one of these too.

Death Stranding will follow Sam Bridges as he must brave a world utterly transformed by darkness. He carries what little hope we have left as he begins to help rebuild our lost world. This is the first of a new genera of games known as Strand Gaming. I still do not know what that means but it does sound pretty cool.
