We Just Got Our 1st Look at Margot Robbie as Harley Quinn in ‘Birds of Prey’

Like it or hate it Suicide Squad did give us Margot Robbie’s take on Harley Quinn. She truly made the role her own and her performance was nearly universally adored, this is why we are very glad to see her return as the bodacious babe herself. Today Robbie jumped onto to social media to tease us with her colorful new look for the upcoming Birds Of Prey movie. The image which was released at the same time as a short video that teases the rest of the cast.

If you are wondering what the movie will be about it will see a return to Gotham where Batman has currently disappeared. Not only has Batman apparently left the city but Harley has officially left the Joker. When Cassandra Cain, a young girl (the 2nd Bat-girl), comes across a diamond belonging to crime lord Black Mask, Harley recruits Black Canary, Huntress, and Renee Montoya to help protect the child. So we are once again seeing the softer side of Harley come out here and this is within character because let’s face it in Suicide Squad we saw that her secret inner desire was to have a family with Joker, so oddly enough this all fits in together.
