Now this show looks utterly delightful and delicious. Our main character is Kiyo, who becomes a Makanai, the person who cooks meals at a house where Maiko aka apprentice geishas live together.

(And yes if you did not know Geishas are still real and they live very strict and fascinating lives.)

Set in the beautiful older district of Kyoto this one looks like a nice relaxing watch, with a beautiful and wondrous setting.

Believe it or not but this series was based on a manga series, so at least there is already an outline for where the show is going.
