I am very late to the party on this but I think this may be the show that gets me to finally try Quibi out. If you have never heard of Quibi it is an American short-form mobile video platform headquartered in Los Angeles, California, United States founded in 2018 by Jeffrey Katzenberg. Think big budget Youtube. I was avoiding it because I am not sure if I have the time for it and on top of that it seemed a little self indulgent, in that it was giving lots of big stars a small fortune to create short form entertainment. Something I feel Youtube’s biggest stars would be better suited for.

But this series has me rethinking my original assumptions. In the series Kendrick ends up befriending a sex doll owned by her partner. Dummy is created by Cody Heller. The show is based on a real life experience between Heller and her partner Dan Harmon, in which she discovered that he had a sex doll. 

It looks vulgar and crude in the best ways possible and is just utterly bonkers. So yes I am wanting to give it a shot.
