I think there are a lot of people these days who now about the infamous Japanese porn industry. In fact it is so ingrained in pop culture many of us would just assume it was always there, but that was now always so. The Naked Director follows the tumultuous life of director Toru Muranishi, who help revolutionize the Japanese porn industry during the economic boom of the 1980’s.

I do love these stories, how people go from rags to riches and all the crazy shit that goes on in between. Seeing it from a Japanese perspective is the icing on the cake. This will be one I am looking forward too.
