If you are one of the unfortunate few to have been following me since the beginning you will know that I am a huge fan of The Runaways, a series that perfectly deconstructs the superhero genera. The Runaways follows a group of teenagers who discover that their parents are supervillians, which come on when your a teenager that’s probably how you saw your rents. Beyond that the series sat perfectly unique in the Marvel universe and its first four story arcs are some of my favourite literature to pick up and read, even if one of them just repeatedly breaks my tiny almost unfeeling black heart. Hulu have now adapted it into a live action series.  Hulu wants it to be closer in feel to the Netflix Defenders Content that we all love so much. At first glance they have covered all the major points, though they have made some changes too, though looking at what I see here I actually feel pretty pleased and honestly my fears for this show have kind of subsided and I am now looking forward to it.
