If you are unfamiliar with Chiitan then you are in for a real treat. Chiitan is the self-declared unofficial representative of the small port city of Susaki, Japan. Chiitan is also amazing, their videos are legendary and just so much fun to watch. I should point out that Susaki and Chiitan do not have the best relationship, though you can read more about that online, or check out the John Oliver special on him. 

In his latest video he has decided to learn to dance.

I think my friend summed it up bets when she told me:
