Netflix makes its debut at San Diego Comic-Con 2017

Netflix is finally making an official appearance at San Diego Comic-Con for the first time with panels, signings and a booth. They will be bringing Marvel’s The Defenders, Stranger Things, Bright and Death Note. Ooh, this is certainly an exciting year for Comic-Con.

Netflix will make four worlds collide as “Marvel’s The Defenders” smashes into Hall H for their first ever panel.

 

  • MARVEL’S THE DEFENDERS

(5:15 PM – 6:15 PM in Hall H)

Daredevil.  Jessica Jones.  Luke Cage.  Iron Fist.  Together for the first time.  Join Charlie CoxKrysten RitterMike Colter and Finn Jones plus guest stars galore.  This is the one you’ve been waiting for! 

UPDATE 2/7/17: Elodie Yung (Elektra) will also be joining the cast at San Diego Comic-Con this month.

MARVEL TELEVISION AUTOGRAPH SIGNING SCHEDULE:

Please note that signings are ticketed events and passes will be available on a first-come, first-served lottery basis beginning at 9:15 AM on Friday, July 21 and Saturday, July 22 at the Marvel Booth (#2329).

Stranger Things 

Stranger Things will make its debut at San Diego Comic-Con with a panel on Saturday, July 22 at 3PM in Hall H. Attendees will be treated to join the cast and creators for view never-before-seen footage from the second season.

 

Bright

Bright will have a panel on Thursday Hall H panel at 3:15pm and will provide an inclusive look into the action-packed film with stars Will Smith, Joel Edgerton, Noomi Rapace, Lucy Fry, Edgar Ramirez and David Ayer — featuring exclusive footage and Q&A.

Death Note (2017)

Attendees will be treated to a first-look at the edgy thriller, Death Note, based on the Japanese manga written by Tsugumi Ohba and Takeshi Obata. Cast and filmmakers will debut footage and discuss the project’s transition from graphic novel to film. Death Note will be featured on Thursday, July 20 at 3:15PM in Hall H along with Bright.

The Netflix Experience at the Hilton Gaslamp

Thursday 20th July – Sat 22 July 11AM – 8PM

Sunday 23rd July 11AM – 3PM

Attendees can enjoy sneak peeks of upcoming originals and exclusive giveaways. Fans can also visit the Virtual Reality worlds of Stranger ThingsBright or The Defenders.

Netflix Surprise Screening (10 p.m., Horton Grand Theater, Netflix) 

Fans are invited for a surprise screening of Netflix’s upcoming original film on Thursday 20th July. Before the screening, there will be interactive activities that include costumes and prop displays, interactive activities, and autograph signings. Make sure you head to the Netflix booth #3729 for more info and how to obtain tickets.
