I absolutely love Band of Brothers, it is hands down one of the best television series ever made, unfortunately it’s spiritual follow up The Pacific was not so good. Here’s hoping that Masters of the Air makes up for The Pacific.

The series is based on the 2007 book Masters of the Air: America’s Bomber Boys Who Fought The Air War Against Nazi Germany by and follows the actions of the 100th Bombardment Group of the United States Army Air Forces during World War II.

So far the trailer looks promising and is another reason for me to keep my Apple TV membership.
