From the mind that brought us Dragon Ball comes this new gaming treat. And for the sales pitch this is what Bandai Namco have to say about their own product.

To slow down and explain what’s going on here. Bandai Namco Europe just announced Sand Land, a new action RPG based on the works of Akira Toriyama, creator of DRAGON BALL and DR. SLUMP.

In this game you will play as Beelzebub, Sheriff Rao, and demon Thief. As they set off on an adventure in search of a Legendary Spring hidden in the desert.

Each character is very unique with the childlike Beelzebub having superhuman strength and telepathic abilities.

The small-town sheriff Rao is an old school sheriff in a demon’s world.

Finally there is Thief, a demon who is also a master thief. I know this one really does what it says on the tin.

Vehicular and character combat is a big part of the action in the game. Players will have access to a variety of vehicles that they can customize and equip with loadouts to traverse the desert, overcome obstacles, and take on a diverse assortment of mighty foes.

 Now this looks like my kind of game.
