As many of my age group and mind set I grew up watching Never Mind the Buzzcocks and every week I laughed hysterically at the material and also felt a little pride at seeing someone from my Island in the form of Sean Hughes making so many people laugh. At age 51 Sean left us far to soon, the comic died in hospital on Monday and will be remembered as the perfect example of Irish Wit. I had been trying to think of something to do the man justice, especially since many people will not know who he is, but one fan managed to find this in one of Seans books and post this on twitter:
