Continuing the theme of homosexual articles I thought I would write up about 2 of my favourite villains. The brain and his trusted assistant Monsieur Mallah.

Who are they?

The brain – The Brain is the leader of the Brotherhood of Evil, arch-enemies of the Doom Patrol. Although at one point a brilliant scientist, a tragic accident has left him merely a brain in a metallic case, with no other ways to preserve him. The accident might have been caused by Niles Caulder, and he has sworn his revenge. While he is capable of communicating and masterminding brilliant criminal exploits, there is little else he can do. He is most frequently seen with his companion Mallah, a super-intelligent gorilla with a machine gun.

Monsieur Mallah – Is a super-intelligent intellectual gorilla with a machine gun. He is also a charter member of the Brotherhood of Evil, and an enemy of the Doom Patrol. Most frequently, he is seen taking orders from the Brain, a disembodied brain in a metallic case, who is responsible for creating him. As a scientist, the man who would one day become known as the Brain experimented on animals to raise their intelligence. In one of his experiments, he captured a gorilla and raised its I.Q. to the genius level of 178. He named the gorilla Monsieur Mallah and educated him for almost a decade before making him his personal assistant.

So we have a super intelligent scientist, The Brain, trapped in a jar and we have a super intelligent Gorilla, who sports a nice little beret and a machine gun, this doesn’t sound very homosexual, well not yet, at one point the brain would take the body of robot man and this would happen –

Ye I know, this is pretty messed up, don’t get me wrong I am glad those two can find love it’s just does this count as grooming, I mean he took the gorilla in, trained him, educated him and then they fall for each other, it’s pretty out there, but that’s why this whole relationship fascinates me so much.

There really isn’t much more I can say about these guys, it’s all just a bit weird, but hey like the title says even bad guys need some love.
