Esther Choi is currently one of the world’s hottest chefs, she is literally popping up everywhere. So not only is she Chef and owner of Mokbar and Ms.Yoo in New York she has also had numerous guest appearances on several major cooking shows, Netflix and even with the hilarious Uncle Rodger.

And if that wasn’t enough, the team behind Hot Ones have drafted her in for this spicy yet delicious looking wonder.

The show appears to show Esther going on the classic culinary journey only this time it’s to find the world’s best spicy cuisine. Along the way she will be joined by some equally talented chefs and also the creative team behind Hot Ones.

I do wonder if she could handle “Da Bomb Beyond Insanity”?

If you know me you will know I love spicy food, and now that Chemotherapy is over and my mouth is no longer full of ulcers I cannot get enough of the stuff, so yes I will be watching this show to hopefully get some delicious inspiration for my next meal.
