This came out at the perfect time, because I just finished playing through FF7 Remake, again, and was in desperate need of more Final Fantasy 7 content.

The new trailer shows lots of familiar sites, but it is not too heavy on big reveals which is probably for the best. Still we know that this time round we will gain access to both Red XIII and Yuffie, though Cat, Vincent and Cid are all absent from this trailer. I guess they are being kept for either later installments or for later reveals.

This trailer is really making me want to go and play Crisis Core, because it looks like Rebirth is going to be covering events that tie in heavily with that.

Though one big question I have is what is going on at the start of the trailer …

I assumed this was from the battle at the end of Remake but seeing our heroes being carried away I kind of doubt that.

The perfect trailer, one that makes you ask plenty of questions and teases you with wanting so much more.
