I have seen a bit of Hate for Ozark with people calling it Breaking Bad with math and I am not saying that this is not true, but I have to say is this a bad thing?

In fact I would argue that Breaking Bad was not as original as people might think, stories about good people crossing the line and going full villain are nothing new off the top of my head Carrie and Magneto are both examples of this. I guess what makes Ozark and Breaking bad so similar is that they are long form television and it gives us time to get drawn in to the characters lives. All I can say if you are a fan of good drama that is set in an unusual location then this may be the show for you and in my humble opinion is one of Netflix strongest shows right now.
