IMDb brought a boatload of fun to Comic Con…literally! The IMDb boat sailed into San Diego ready to keep guests entertained from Thursday to Sunday.

From 5-7pm on Thursday, they hosted the IMDb Pro happy hour party. They had varying food stations to keep guests satisfied but our favourite was the ceviche station which was absolutely delicious.

For dessert, there was an ice cream bar where guests could choose their own flavours and toppings which was very welcome in the San Diego heat.

Pairing with the food, there was a full bar. To ensure guests were in the Comic Con spirit, IMDb served up Lord of the Rings inspired cocktails including the Sauron-Tini and the Whiskey Sauron.

Guests were given swag in the form of an IMDb boat captain hat and an IMDb Pro bag which proved very useful for Comic Con.

Finally, as an extra treat, guests were able to have headshots taken in the IMDb Portrait Studio, enabling them to give that extra touch to their IMDb pro accounts.

The IMDb Pro happy hour was a great way to kick off Thursday night with guests really enjoying the festivities. Here’s hoping they bring the party back for SDCC 2025.
