Picture this, it’s 2013 and the world has yet to experience the glory that is Sharknado. You know the film about a freak hurricane hitting Los Angeles, one filled with a tonne of sharks.

Sharknado, which stars Tara Reid, Ian Ziering and John Heard never got a cinema release but it looks like that crime is being rectified. For two days only on the 15th and 16th of August 2023.

The new trailer promises hundreds of new special effects, including “new kills” and “new thrills” according to the trailer. In short the trailer claims more Sharks and more Nado.

But that’s not everything because the Asylum have one more surprise for their Shark loving fans.

The new poster features what looks like Barbie and Ken driving in a pink car, towards a pink hurricane wielding a chainsaw. It’s got sharks and it’s pretty, I love it.
